ALFIE HENRIK LAWTON
If there was one thing Marishka Valerious didn’t mind doing it was her homework. Call it geeky or weird she didn’t care, hell if anyone did say anything she would have probably replied with a witty retort on how the size of her IQ differed greatly to theirs. Of course that was only if they called on her habit, and so with the beauty and the beast sound track on repeat Marishka began to steadily pace her way through the lengthy pile of homework assignments. No one..... Plots like gaston! She sang carelessly, as her pencil moved across the paper filling in the answers and writing down the methods Professor Fox had taught them only a day earlier. Even if it was offense class there was still a lot of written work that coincided with the brutal practical work. In fact the paper work made up 25 % of their overall grade and it included work like labelling combat techniques and listing reasons why it was bad to do use certain manoeuvres hastily and what consequences could come from using the moves carelessly. Professor Fox also made sure they were all well aware of the dangers of injuring people with some of the moves they’d learned too. Takes Cheap shots like Gaston! Which Marishka supposed was a good thing since some of the idiots in her class needed that extra bit of reminding of how dangerous the techniques actually were. Marishka frowned as the track came to an end but her smile returned as the more melodic tune of ‘tale as old as time’ filled the room from her speakers. This song was just so romantic, she could feel herself gushing as Mrs Potts elderly voice joined the beautiful waltz music; it was one of her most favourite Disney songs ever, especially since it accompanied her favourite part of the movie. Marishka sighed, as her mind drifted to the scene in which Belle realised that she loved the beast and how he realised he loved her enough to let her go. It was just so beautiful. Especially the dance, the beautiful waltz which the two characters danced only added to the fictitious romance, and she quickly realised that she wasn’t really that deprived. She’d danced waltzes before with James who even with his full moon induced arrogance was still wonderful to dance with. He had a natural rhythm which she lacked, but he never called her up on it nor did move to find a different partner. In a way she lived for those full moon dances it was one of the only times she truly ever felt like a proper girl; someone graceful and elegant, to be looked upon in awe. Though it was more than likely she looked like none of those things but still; she liked to pretend. And hell if no one had their imagination where would they be? Especially with his help, even if he didn’t realise what he was doing. But did that mean dancing with James made her feel special? Or was it James himself that made her feel giddy and silly. She pondered the thought; he’d always been there for her. Even when her parents had tried to take her away he’d listened to her problems even though he was battling his own. He’d even stuck up for her after Justin’s attack in the forest and how later on after the game James had oh so quickly jumped to her defence. He didn’t have to do it, hell he’d even gotten hurt because of it, but she could pretend with all her might that the reason he did it was for reasons more than their friendship. this character is played by INA |
