THE MAIN PLOT
Twenty six years ago, the wizarding world saw the end of Lord Voldemort and his death eaters. Some of those death eaters managed to avoid prison, some were captured later on. The Malfoy family was forgiven thus none of them were arrested, due to Narcissa's act in the final battle. Twenty three of those twenty six years were peaceful. A murder happened here or there just in any area of the world, but it was much more peaceful than it had been during Voldemort's reign of terror. A year ago was the start of a full year of terror. In the past year, Stanley Shunpike, Mundungus Fletcher, Gregory Goyle, Millicent Goyle (nee Bulstrode), Anna Finnigan, and Giselle Krum (nee Brockham) have been murdered. Along with their deaths, there have been numerous other deaths such as shop owners in Diagon Alley and muggles. A month ago, Harry Potter was murdered, while out on an auror task. Later that night, the entire Malfoy family except Scorpius Malfoy were tortured to the point of insanity. The once well respected pureblood family now reside in a ward at St. Mungo's. These events have seen many changes occur in the wizarding world as wizards and witches struggle with ideas of who could have done it. Who could have finally achieved something that Voldemort was never able to? Who had finally given the Malfoys what they deserved according to the death eater families that remain?
With the death of his father, James Potter has been gathering wizards and witches alike. He has begun reforming Dumbledore's Army with the new generation of wizards and witches. The Order still remains though is less active as it's members have grown with age and are not prepared for another war. James felt that the DA is more fitting to honor his father since he had created it. James wants justice for his father's murder. Many who follow him, also believe justice is what is necessary. The coins have been distributed out to members of the DA yet again. Along with looking for justice for the death of his father, he hopes to stop whoever is out there committing these crimes. The DA appears the same though has one difference in it now. Scorpius Malfoy. Scorpius Malfoy had grown up better than Draco or Lucius. With his whole family tortured to insanity, he seeked out the help of his enemy, James Potter. With both of their families broken, Scorpius felt that they finally had something in similar. Wanting someone with the drive to find whoever did these terrible things as much as him, James accepted to have Scorpius join the DA. While Scorpius may have grown up better than his father or grandfather, he wants revenge for his family. He does not believe justice is what is needed. With these views, there is bound to be spitting fire between the two leaders before the DA even finds the culprit.
Harry Potter is dead. Ron Weasley received the news of his best friend being dead and he left the auror office. With the loss of a head auror and the possible replacement for him, the daughter of Kingsley Shacklebolt has been appointed head auror. She was seen as the best possible choice due to her abilities as an auror. She believes in justice strongly and will not tolerate acts of revenge. Ms. Shacklebolt is very suspicious of the DA due to their newest member, Scorpius Malfoy. Her and her office of aurors have begun watch the DA members closely, looking for signs that they are possibly the culprit of all the murders. She doesn't want to believe James and all the children of the Order are associated with the crimes, but she can't look past Scorpius Malfoy.
Hogwarts has been affected heavily with the deaths of wizards and witches. Students have begun taking sides. Some children of aurors believe James Potter & Scorpius Malfoy are behind everything. DA members are loyal to the DA's cause. These members have been meeting with James and Scorpius in the Room of Requirement to be taught spells to enable them to be far advanced for anything. Anything that could happen at Hogwarts. Other students are loyal to the ones who tortured the Malfoy family. With students taking sides, Hogwarts is about to become less peaceful, full of drama, and more violent.
A week ago, Lily Potter was kidnapped from Diagon Alley. With this discovery, things have to get better or she will not be found. With everyone at each others throats, it is unsure if she will ever be found. One person desperate enough to not lose another family member is her mother, Ginny Potter. Not wanting to risk her two other children, who are too young to be looking for her in Ginny's opinion, she has come up with a plan. Ginny has decided to propose an unbreakable vow to Teddy Lupin, someone who she knows will do whatever it takes to find Lily.
Overseeing all of this chaos, is the daughter of the Dolohov family. It is unknown to everyone and no one has seen her since her school days. Everyone except those who follow her. Forever faithful to the Dark Lord like her family, she has become a Death Eater. The Head Death Eater, that is. She has taken it upon herself to murder any former death eaters that have escaped prison. She does not want any elder Death Eaters trying to control her actions. With the first day of Hogwarts beginning of the new year, she has begun to make batches of polyjuice potion. It takes one month to make the potion. Trying to ease the minds of many after those sudden tragic deaths, the Minister of Magic and Head Master had arranged a 'fun-filled' event taking place in the Forbidden Forest- A Halloween Party. only the daring will be the ones to show up dressed in their outstanding costumes. But aside from all the party planning, a scheme arises within one Death Eaters mind; Deacon Nott. (Son of Theodore and Charlotte Nott) An idea to murder -or perhaps even injure- whosoever attends that ball. His mind is set on one thing and one thing only and that is to betray his leader, Adalyn Dolohov, and reign in as The leader of the Death Eaters, bringing her down to nothing.
Growing tiresome of her orders, Deacon is slowly beginning to turn attempting to show her how he thinks it should be done - Still slightly broken from the betrayal of his once close friend, Scorpius Malfoy, he is beginning to blame Dolohov fully for her childish mistakes- And still questions her actions completely. - Wishing he could go back, Deacon is trying to keep moving forward and avoid his inner feelings. Now he had much more to worry about- His plan will not work itself.
